Cow Patty Towers
Cow dung is used as fuel for cooking in rural parts of India, and among the underprivileged in other parts of the country.
On this farmstead, the cow patties have been dried and stored in a corner, stacked into little towers. The drying stage removes all traces of unpleasant smell.
As and when the need arises, 'bricks' from the towers are removed and burned.
